Homeowners Eligible for Participation
To participate and become eligible for program incentives, homeowners must be located in Oncor’s service area and served by an Oncor electric meter. Please follow the steps below to find out if you are eligible.
Step 1 – Confirm you live within Oncor’s service area by using the map on this page as a guide. Oncor’s service area includes:
Region 1 - Dallas/Fort Worth, defined as Dallas and Tarrant Counties
Region 2 – I-35 corridor south, including Waco, Temple and Killeen
Region 3 - I-20 corridor east/I-45 corridor southeast, including Tyler, Corsicana, Athens, and Palestine
Region 4 – North Texas to the Oklahoma border, including Collin and Denton Counties, as well as Wichita Falls, Sherman/Denison and Gainesville
Region 5 – West of Dallas/Fort Worth, including Stephenville
Region 6 – West Texas, including Midland/Odessa, and Big Spring
Step 2 – If you live within the areas noted above, double check your eligibility by looking at the Electric Service Identifier number (ESI ID) printed on your electric bill or meter as shown below. Oncor ESI IDs include both of the company codes below:
